The Facilities and Maintenance Staff responsibility is to create, oversee, build, and implement processes to manage the sanitary condition of the facilities, their upkeep, sanitation, preventative maintenance, and safe operation of all equipment and facilities to comply with relevant regulatory bodies including USDA, FDA, CAL-OSHA, and other regulators.
Packaging staff works in the manufacturing areas of RotiSystems, Inc. (RoliRoti) with the main purpose of taking finish goods and packaging them for sale. Additional responsibilities include packing and preparing raw meats, moving pallets and packaging materials in and around the plant area.
The role of the Production staff is to process and package (primary) broth and cooked items. The safe operation of equipment is essential. Candidates must be comfortable learning the operation of mechanical equipment including but not limited to filler machines, capper, hoists, pumps and some electronic controls.
The role of the Food Scientist will apply food science knowledge to evaluate food product processing, handling, packaging and storage procedures to ensure the highest levels of product safety and sanitation are maintained throughout the distribution facilities.
