Broth Production

  • We’re able to produce both clear and cloudy broths with vegetables and/or different proteins including beef, chicken, pork, and turkey. Available in Organic and ABF.
  • Fresh or frozen. It’s your choice.
  • For bone broths, we have on-site equipment to roast various types of  bones.
  • Bottling is done with 24oz HDPE bottles. 1 – 4 lbs. Pouching is also available.
  • Truckload capacity is not a problem!

Sous Vide Protein and Vegetable Production

  • We are able to handle large-volume sous vide production with on-site temperature controlled water tanks designed for long-term temperature control and cooking.
  • Our facilities also allow us to accommodate the various aspects of sous vide production: 

    Trimming, Inspection, Cutting, Cubing/Dicing, Tumbling & Mixing, Splitting, Tying, Portion control, Vacuum packaging (multiple formats 3 oz – 6 lbs), Metal detection, Carton forming (chipboard) with glue flaps, Ink jet date coding, Case packing.
