RoliRoti is looking for a hardworking quick thinking hands-on logistics individual to bring enthusiasm, integrity and passion to this fast growing business. RoliRoti brings innovation and old world tradition as a leader in natural and organic foods in the Oakland area. We are looking for an individual who can manage multiple inbound and outbound trucks per day as we continue our expansion nationally and internationally. The ideal candidate will be the critical link in the supply chain operations.

The focus of the Logistics Front Line associate is to perform day to day operations of receiving raw materials and shipping finished goods as well as associated paperwork. Additional responsibilities include maintaining inventory control, and upkeep of the warehouse and receiving area.

This is a full-time position based in the main headquarters and production facility of RotiSystems, Inc. in Oakland, CA

  • Receives inbound trucks and maintains FIFO principles.
  • Loads and ships outbound trucks; both company owned and third party.
  • Maintains a clean and organized work environment.
  • Accurate completion of logs and records.
  • Coordinates receiving with operations.
  • Actively manages FIFO inventory system
  • Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulation
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Ability to work independently and as a team

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Read, write, speak basic english
  • Work independently
  • Follow directions
  • Self-starter
  • Driver’s License
  • Able to drive a forklift (training provided)

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to work in cold and hot environments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00 to $17.00 /hour
